    3570 watermarrk

This is in reply to Brian's post about the "reprint" watermark.

Is the watermark being generated by the program??
Or are they using the old OKI driver to print to the 3570??

Or this could be one of those cases where instead of going the "Add New Printer" route they simply recycled the printer with the "New Driver". This causes all kinds of weird problems. Have them delete the printer and install it again.

If the watermark is being generated from a program have them turn it off and use the Canon driver to make the watermark. The PCL driver has it's own watermark feature on the "page setup" tab. Use the edit watermark to make it lighter/darker change the text or position.

Make 2 printers and set one up normally and set the other one's default settings with the watermark and rename the printer.
