I made a mistake in IRC3200 when clear the d-con and r-con without print the
mode setting values .

Is there any way to re enter these values.

Look inside the front door cover for the orig. spec sheets/

I know that but it seem the users throw the sheets that was inside the front cover in trash when they cleaned the covers .

Well the user is a dummy for doing that.

You can try getting it from another machine.

That might help put in the same ball park for some of the values.

Some might be off. I guess you should cross your fingers.

this is the problem.

as a tech, on these imageRunners, u should keep at least three copies of those data sheets. P Prints/
one with customer
two in printer/ one behind door cover/ one taped behind back cover- and make a note on service log where P Prints are.

We consider it Customer Damage when they throw out machine information document data/printer software(CD's), Manuals/Parts-New & orUsed

and we charge them for it / no questions asked-
Our Company policy is written in all service contracts

Remember a Leased machine belongs to Service or Leasing Co. & not the Customer

I want to tell you that is my first visit to this machine, Its not belong to our company service, I usually keep at least one copy of copiers orig. spec sheets that which our co. sell to customers .

hi I have to agree with srewtape!!! Your Best BET is to get the "NOMINAL VALUES" from another IR then tweak them. is time consuming but gives you a solid starting point!!!
good Luck!!! Have had this same issue with ricoh color 3245 IGOD what a pain!!!
