This is a hard drive error, best advice is, using Service Support Tool try to format the hard drive. Then reload the System Software for the copier. Some may advise to try the starting up holding down the 1 and 9 buttons together to start scandisk on the drive, I never have very much luck with this. If formatting and system reload fail, you probably need to replace the hard drive(with the appropriate model drive), and start the process over..."Once a King, always a King, but once a Knight is enough!"
