Error code E070-0002. The time that passes after detection of the ITB home position to the next detection of the home position is longer than expected.

    1. Check the Transfer Cleaning Assembly
    2. Check for toner coating the ITB home position sensor.
Remove the ITB cleaning assembly and clean and adjust the cleaning blade side seals so that the seals touch the blade on both ends.
Reinstall and perform an ITB cleaning to verify that the seals are cleaning properly.
Replace the side cleaning seals if proper cleaning is not being performed (part number FL2-0084-000; Blade Sheet, front and FL2-0085-000; Blade Sheet, rear).

    3. The ITB Belt should be between backup holder & PS19.

As well as previous reply check :
1 - Tension arms front and rear. These break.
2 - Home Position sensor - This can blow if belt has ripped. (Replace Complete assy)
3 - Earth Tags - If after replacing unit you still have error, check earth tags on rear frame.

      Hope this helps
Oh...... I can't copy at the moment then ? !!!!!!

                "Where are tension arms???"

With the ITB removed from the copier, remove the front and rear shields, held on by one screw each. Behind these are the tension arms and springs.

One added note...make sure that the itb is not riding on top of black plastic guide...i see reps put the belt over the guide by mistake when replacing the belt....drags the belt down
