[Error Code] E733-001

I got this after I removed the main controller and the DC controller to replace the waste toner drive assby.When I replaced everything in order I get the codeE-733-0001 after 45 sec. Iremoved the boards looking for a missed connector, pinched wire etc.to no avail.Not sure I'm thinking replace DC controller and or the main controller, help

you did not mention what machine model. ????
E733 code means different issues on different models

anyway, since u removed the DC Controller> check and make sure the DIMM is seated firmly
Check any ribbon cables , they always look connected / re seat anyway

Don't replace those boards until you check the connectors. Like Teckat---I'm thinking Ribbon cable. What model is it? IR 3570?

The model is IR5075, the fix was a connector I failed to plug in hidden, in between the Main Controller & DC Controller. Thanks to all the advisors very helpful

Today I have this error code but on IR7200. initially e732 comes out and i checked and change the IDD cable and it getting worst, the E733-01 appear.I checked all connection on main con pcb, dc pcb, the ram and also the boot rom. refix it all but still the same. I tried change the dc control pcb, main controller board but still the same. I have no Idea. Please Help.

Check "display" in service mode and verify that the machine is seeing the reader controller version. If it is not, check and verify that the reader controller is getting 24v. If no voltage is present check for a loose connection on connector (J5005).

E733-0001 is a communication problem between the DC controller and the Main controller PCB.
Check to see if LED 1 and LED 2 on the DC controller blink on and off once power is turned on.
-If the LED's Do Not blink, then replace the DC Controller.
- If problem persists then replace power supply

Today I facing this error on IR5065. the error comes in time the customer do photocopy,

These what I have done.

1. replace the DDI- cable
2. Replace the Main Con pcb
3. Replace the Acc motor drive pcb
4. Check the supply voltage to adf, dc con, ok-24v,12v and 5 v is present.
5. Checked all connection and socket pin for any bent. ok
6. Cleans the sdram and bootroom.

only the DC Con I dont have replacement.

Any Idea please advice
