Check the fuses or could also be power supply. Check your power supply voltages. I think that model also had issues with a connector on the hopper if you plugged in the wrong wire.
sigpicAnything can be made to work if you fiddle with it long enough- San Diego Copier Repair.com

      E260 0002 Error Code

Check for 24 VDC at front door interlock SW1.
Check 24 VDC outputs at DC Power Supply, Connector J5338 (pin 1 and 2), J5339 (pins 1, 3 and 4) and J5313 (pins 3, 5 and 6). Replace DC Power Supply, if missing any of the 24 VDC outputs.

      + check below

      Product : CLC3900/CLC3900+/CLC4000/CLC5000/CLC5000+/CLC5100 Title : E260 0002 Error :
This error may occur after replacing either the machine side or hopper side connector J6217.

      Workaround :
Two 7-pin connectors (one blue and one white) plug into either the machine side or hopper side connector J6217. If the blue and white connector are switched during connector replacement, fuse 5611 will blow on the dc fuse pcb. Fuse 5611 (5A) supplies 24v through connector J5610 to the dc controller connector J2221. See photos for proper connections:
