        The 105's seem to rust clutches out at an alarming rate and there should be visible signs of rusting....better to replace than clean up due to the sheer volume of these machines.

                    check for burnt or missing pin on the connector for the feed head on deck 1 .. may have been burnt by touching the connector w/ screwdriver while unit is powered on .. another tech did it once and replaced the pin w/ a staple and didnt note in the log ... i spent days chaseing the code

                          0218 0205 0209 jam code when feeding out of deck 1.
                          Check pin contact on J229 of the Right Deck Intermediate connector

                          Replace and check wiring of the deck 1 feed clutch FH6-5043-000

                          Jam code 0218 can be caused by CL5 and the registration clutch. Check PS60 flag for cuts and also putting a extra wrap on the sensor flag can resolve the jam code.
                          CL5=FH6-5016-020
