[Jamming] Canon iR6570 jam code 0201

I have an ir 6570 that jams only from the left deck. The jam code is 0201 and will jam on the 3rd or fourth copy leaving 2 on sheets on the transport assy, one half way through fuser and the the second almost on top of the other. The image on this this sheet is the correct image but the registration is shifted to the right. Lead edge reg is also shifted on completed copies but only from drawer 2.
Duplex works fine and no registration problems from drawer 1.
I replaced the Feed assy in drawer 2.
Any ideas?

Check CL4, its the left deck pull off clutch.

The part number is FK2-0850-000.

The CL4 is located in the rear of the iR behind the fan duct.
