The actuator arm for separation/ transfer cleaner HP detecting switch MSW6 may get knocked off when installing the s/t unit.
Reinstall the actuator arm for MSW6. Position wire cleaner ~3mm from front s/t covers. The cam on the cleaner will clear the cutout in the rail. Secure the s/t unit. Move the cleaner manually ~13 mm to the rear to trip MSW6. Turn power OFF/ON to reset.
Here's another possibility: The new separation transfer charge unit is warped, binding up the cleaner at the rear.
Remove the cleaner motor and cycle the cleaner by hand through the entire travel, watching for any binding. Remove the rear corona blocks, and reform the metal housing to match the angle at the front.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
more than likely you have broken the microswitch... here's a lil' tip, the unit runs the wire cleaners during startup and it is not detecting the HP of the T/S Corona Wire Cleaner... between you and me, the wire cleaners do not really do a whole lot to help or correct the image (don't tell cust. that, because engineers put that in to make them feel that they are doing useful maintenance), most techs in the field will just turn the check off in service mode... in service mode select the following Copier/Option/User/W-CLN and set it to a 0. I have seen guys just doing a PM on a unit, and get called back the next day because of the lil'swich... trust me, nothing makes customers feel reassured about their machine then when it throws a E-code the day after a PM... save yourself the time and turn it off.... but you didn't hear that from me...
The glass maybe half full, but less is more...
Printer + Fax + Copier = Jack Of Many Trades,
but Master Of None
Color Copier = Not A Color Printer
InkJet MFP = Not A Fax Machine
B/W Copier = Not A Press
Finisher = Deal Closer (salesman, not accessory)
Copier Tech = Admin's Stress Ball (Scapegoat)

hptech.. thxs for advice, try zero the mode, but no luck still getting the e063
try resetting and no luck.. suck here.. have give some bs to the customer to come back tomorrow...
ok folks, found the problem.
the small pin sensor had fallen off the mount and got stuck underneath. plus found few screws were missing to fasten some the units around the corona wire base.
whoever, did the previous work didn't bother to screw in 2 screws to hold down the unit. I told the customer and they were shock...its bonus for me and the company.
