    IR C3200 - network problem

Cannot print to copier from network, I can ping the copier. I can ping from the copier to the network. I can scan from the copier.
Cannot use the RUI in explorer and see the copier.

I have a imagePASS C1 installed on machine.

In Service Mode - Level 1, it shows the Copier and Feeder and thats all, no NIC board.

Cannot get into the copier from the Service Support Tool.

Moved the copier from one location (where it was working fine, printing, scanning, copying) to the customer's office and now it does not work.
Brought it back to the shop - it does not work.

Looked at the boot-rom, it is a version 70.01c. I thought that one with a NIC card in it is suppose to be a N version. Also the NIB version is 04.01.

Help Guys - what when wrong?

    Thanks

The machine is a copier. The RJ-45 jack is a communicatgion port that is used for connecting not only to a network, but also a laptop or PC for maintenance purposes. The "C" designation in the Boot-Rom Version identifies it as a copier. You would need to get a Printer Designated Boot-Rom Chip which has the "N" designation at the end of the version number to print.

I see the whole story wasn't there.

Glad you were able to get it up and running.
