IR2800

My cust has some of mine machines ( minolta ) and wants i repair also this IR2800 that is almost new.
Machine say E602-0003. Manual says hd related problem.
Checked inside and found hard disk has gone ( doesn't read some clusters and make noise ).
I need to change hd and reload the system software but have not SST and system cd with software/firmware
Please somebody can help me ??
