MF8170C Rec. Paper Jam & Open Cover. NO JAM

I been trying to fix this printer, tried everything, even vaccume the printer, there is no paper jam anywhere.

here is how it started, It said Replace Drum, bought new drum replaced it, after replacing it printed 5pages, no jam and it stopped saying those two messages?

Any idea i am confused.
Did everything in chapter 9-1

I have replaced the new drum again with another one, in case it was bad drum.

Wonder if anybody have any service manual
