    IR 600 Clearing Fault Code

Hello Board, I hope someone can help me, I am doing a buddy a favor for his old machine. The fuserweb needed replacing so I took care of it for him but I can't remember how to get to service mode to clear the e0005 fault. I hope someone out there will be kind enough to refresh my memory. It has been a while since I worked on a canon.

    Thanks in advance,

Do you mean IR6000? if so *28* (additional functions *) will get you into service mode. Then under functions>clear>err should get rid of the error code & you may possibly need to reset the web counter ( not that familiar with this machine)

      Same

      Same on iR600.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
