IR5000 error code?

I have a customers unit that after they moved and turned on the machine
get error " E000061-0001", the unit turns on and initializes, when attempting to make a copy it takes the paper thru the scanner and then we get the error.
Can anyone help me with the meaning of the error code.

I htought I would answer your question it has been up awhile you might have found it by know.. It is a laser shutter or laser problem.or a potentail measuring PCB faulty or last is DC controller..
More then likely something to do with the front door or shutter if you moved the machine..
