Canon 6800 eroor code E000021-0002

Hi All (MY first Post)

I have 2 Canon 6800 copier that both have error code E000021-0002
Have tried all i know and the code comes back whilst copying only on colour, black and white is fine???????
Any ideas on a fix or mod would be great

The length of the flag detected during rotation is longer or shorter than the designed flag.
The motor rotates out of sync because of poor torque caused by any of the following: the developing rotary HP sensor is faulty;
the wiring of the DC controller PCB is faulty; there is an

excessive load on the developing assembly.
