Blank copy on Canon iR3300 copier

    Hi There,

I have this problem on my clients iR3300 copier a few weeks ago and it has been going on for quite some times now.
The problem is when copying it produces blank copy on paper while sometimes when copying again the words comes out on the copy paper, i have changed the drum unit & the developer unit but still the blank copy problem does not go away and i have also done the image adjustment several times but no change as to the problem.
I seem to have run out of option, can anyone please help me out on this.

    Thanks

If the blue lever that pushes the Developer closer to the Drum is not in right position, or the mech. is not working, will give you blank or faint copies.
The glass maybe half full, but less is more...
Printer + Fax + Copier = Jack Of Many Trades,
      but Master Of None
Color Copier = Not A Color Printer
InkJet MFP = Not A Fax Machine
      B/W Copier = Not A Press
Finisher = Deal Closer (salesman, not accessory)
Copier Tech = Admin's Stress Ball (Scapegoat)

This is the most common cause for blanks. The stop on the handle breaks off due to the over-exuberance of the operator changing the toner. Since there is no stop, the developing lever turns past the closest position.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
