Build up of scuffy rubber marks on white patches inside itb belt,build up appears to come from belt tension roller shafts
Remove itb assembly, clean white patches, replace itb belt if worn ( 300k life)

clean itb assembly good..not with wax or coated rag..toner sticks on surfaces causing arcing..clean drive rolls and static eliminators also..if stray toner in unit you will get weird image faults...looks like hyriglyphics or arabic writing
