i have a colorpass V55 with version 2,02, always indicating " Disk full"
i don't have the service manual here, maybe one of you guys know
what to do. if it's a system software problem. please send it to me at
    ftp://limprimatecclient:client123@ftp.sogetel.net
p.s. i have tried to clear the server but it's not working.

they don't use the colorpass to store jobs, i have done a clear server so it
shouldn't have jobs in the server queues. and they have all pc machines
running with windows Xp pro. and sometimes you can send a job and it will
print but as the colorpass become idle it will indicate "disk full" again.

          dis full

has nothing to do with jobs stored on color pass.
do a clear server, then watch colorpass idle screen while someone prints to box. have then send file after file after file. u will see available memory go away til you see disc full. server setting reference to memory alication.

I am having the same issue on a Mac, it reads "disk full" while trying to spool, tries again and then it reads this error: "the process "pap" stopped unexpectedly with status 1"

The process "pap" stopped unexpectedly with status 1 Mac 0SX 10.6

Don't know if this will help at all, but... I have a small network with 10.5 and 10.6 macs. One of the 10.5 machines works as the 'shared print server' for all other machines - connected to a Konica/Minolta C350 BizHub. I have been running Snow Leopard 10.6 on MY mac for about 1 month and have been printing just fine. Today it threw the error 'The process "pap" stopped unexpectedly with status 1' error. I went onto the 10.5 print server, deleted the printer, re-set up the printer, then I re-set up the printer on my machine and it works fine.

what copier is V55 installed on ???
                V55 should have v2.04

check for corrupt print job stuck in the print queue workstation/ V55 clear server will not delete corrupted or stuck jobs.

If all else fails, you may need to reimage the ColorPASS (with the current version, of course).

I've had extremely corrupt print jobs mess up the system software to a point where it needs to be reinstalled.

This being a V55, though, the hard drive is most likely very old, and may be going bad. If it has been changed fairly recently that would most likely not be the problem.
