canon ir 1610 eroor 000

Hi all
I have an error code e000 in my canon ir 1610 copier..I know that it is a fixing error..I even tried to replace the fixing unit from another almost similar model (ir 1600).But still the error appears to be there..Is there any resetting procedures for the fixing error?...Thanx...

execute the fallowing in serive mode andturn power off then on to clear the memory: #7 printer>#4 printer reset>yes=*
for error e000-e004

What is service mode please? How can i get there in order to fix the error e000? thanks
