Hi! everybody.
today for me was not a good day....i couldn't find something, so i thought
i will ask you. I have a client with a Ir105 connected with a hecon external counter. The problem is that the counter counts the copies when
you do it on the machine, it also count the copies when it's in the mailbox,
but when you print directly from the desktop, the hecon doesn't count the
prints. i have checked in the service mode but i don't find anything that could solve this issue. so if you have an idea let me know i will buy you
a donut....
