E001 is a heater overtemperature code.

Error needs to be reset in service mode, and if persists, heater or thermister likely to blame, both are in the fixing film ass'y which are replaced as a unit. Error will not go away until it is reset.

but the problem is start on begining of the day or when machine power on after some idle hours .why overheating at the begining ? how I reset the machine at service mode please specify.there is another problem of paper picking from the drawer, machine can't pick the paper from drawer and machine's screen displayed OPEN LEFT COVER PAPER JAM but actually there is no paper jam once left cover open and closed machine pick the paper .Is it the malfunction of pickup rollers or anything else?

Machine is not actually overheating, it just thinks it is. This model may not need to reset the error code to come back on. I looked in the service lit, and dont see a reset for e001 on this model. If cycling the power makes the machine come back on, then there is nothing to "reset" All other machenes I deal with will not come back on after E001 until it is reset. its a safety feature.

The machine thinks it overheats after comming out of standby, noted on a few models when the standby mode is in low power mode. I see this on iR2200 and iR3570 models as well, so I set these for high power consumption in stand-by mode. Morning sickness?? In a couple cases, I had to change the fixing film ass'y because of a bad thermister.

Also check the connectors on the heater, possible loose or dirty, reseat the connectors and see if it helps.

another thing to try is turn off the auto shutdown mode, these machines don't consume that much more power by doing this, and eliminate the start-up cycle.

For jamming, like Alan said, clean the pick-up rollers, hard to see, remove paper cassette and they are about 1/4 way in from the left side, on a roller, you can feel them and turn them manually clockwise to expose the rubber and clean them. also clean the registration roller.

            system error E007

I just replaced the fixing film two days before and it is shocking for me the error E007 is back and fixing film damaged ,prior to E007 system error E001 was coming three-four times.what can I do in this situation ? tHE fixing/fuser assembly replacement is ideal solution for all these problems?

I have the e007 message on iR4570's a lot, and no one can seem to tell me why, except possible floor not level, which I checked and ruled out.

I changed the complete fuser assy in 2 of the iR4570's i maintain, it worked for one, but no change in another. It's really a judgement call, as this ass'y is $$$$ expensive.

Did your film tear on the front or rear? mine all tear on the front ( opposite end that the sensor patch is on), double check that you did not install it wrong or damaged it while installing. Another thinh you can try is an aftermarket film sleeve (just the sleeve, no heater, at 1/4 the cost, Katun supplies these)
