iR8500 does not boot

Please help!
I have a new case with iR8500 which when switched on will start the Start UP srceen as normal. But when the progress bar reaches the end, it will stay that way indefinitely displaying the message Wait... In first place, i suspect something to wrong with the HDD, i formatted it ran the software download successfully but the boot symptoms have never changed, Please help!

Hi,
The hard disk may be gone or have a bad secror.Turn off the copier and hold 1 and 9 togethe and turn it on.This will do a hard disk check and fix errors.It may take a while to check be patient.If no good after this then maybe anothe hard disk is needed.
