Error :
E003-0000 is displayed when recovery from sleep mode
Workaround :
When a machine is in sleep mode and is recovered an error code "E003-0000" was displayed. It is caused during the fixing temperature control at recovery from sleep mode, electrical noise could affect the thermistor.
In order to increase the length of time for idle rotation of the drum (by 30 sec) at start-up and prevent electrical noise from affecting the thermistor, make the following selection:
Service mode (Level 2)> COPIER> OPTION> BODY> DRM-IDL = change the setting to '3'
Note: The length of time for idle rotation is being increased by 30 sec. This mode will delay start of the machine by 30 sec.
