Np-6016 e-001

I have a customer with an old Canon analog that, when turned on displays E001 than shuts off. I'm thinking that it's a short somewhere. Need a clue as to the meaning of the E001.

fixing heater error code

From my experience the 001 sub code means the heater will have a very fine crack in it. New Fixing Assembly required
