ir 600 adf jam

I have a adf that is jamming at p1-13 senor,original delivery paper detection. i ran a sensor test and all indications show its working, i even replaced the sensor but still have the same jam code j-81. Any idea's will be helpful thanks.

it sounds like your white belt drive is slipping or they are getting caught bup on the glass

please, check the arm actuator of the exit paper, the side right there is a sensor with the actuator.

Are the pickup rollers going up and down properly? The wiring attached to the front frame breaks inside the insulation(under the large black cover over the pickup rollers)
