I am not sure where to go for any info on this thing and I found this site so I hope anyone can help. We recently got this very old copier. It worked very well for awhile. Then all of a sudden we could not hit any of the button to change the paper or anything else on the control panel. It seems like it shifted somehow and should be an easy fix, but I am unsure of how. And nobody in my area does any type of repairs or anything on this copier. If anyone has any helpful suggestions or knows how to fix this or where to go it would be greatly appreciated.

I have to agree with kwazimoto. We need more detail.
Are there specific buttons that don't always work? These push switches usually have one of two problems:
The switches themselves are rated at 10,000 presses. Machines of this age have often passed that number of presses, and the do not close all the way to 0 ohms any more. Anything more than 0.5 ohms is a bad switch.
Another thing that happens is the solder joints for these switches can break, especially if there is a user with a very heavy thumb. Often these solder joints can be repaired. You need to have excellent soldering skills to re-solder or replace these switches. The switches themselves are plastic, and will only tolerate ~5 seconds under the iron before the switch begins to melt. If you are not sure about your soldering skills, find someone who is good at it.
In extreme cases, I have seen circuit board cracked by users that press very hard on the buttons. These boards usually cannot be saved. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
