I've got an MFP 475dn that's having the following symptoms
- I can ping the network address of the printer but when I send a print job, I have to restart the printer for it to recognize the printer (Everyone trying to print to it have got this issue).
- When connected to the USB port the issue is the same.
- I have upgraded the firmware.
- When I try to access the printer through the web service I have to restart the printer. It doesn't last up to two minutes and then i lose connection.
