Also , what is the reason of damage this part soooo

The coating film is get off from teflon

You need to replace the entire Fuser Assembly, HP laserjet fuser assemblies are part of HP maintenance kits and are considered a consumable item to be replaced at specified page count intervals on many machines.

Make sure you are using the recommended types of paper and HP toner.
A firmware update might help too. You can get firmware from HP's website. Just pay really close attention the included instructions.
