[Misc] HP M425 ADF Sep Pad Removal

Those pads are impossible! to get released. Super tight each time.

Anyone have any hints to make it easier ??

Following the procedure from manual... but still tight as hell.

By the time I get them out usually one of the pins bends/breaks.
