Replaced one of the toner motors and cleaned the printer. Now I am getting the error and no paper will feed from tray 2. Went over all connections twice and double checked everything I touched. Took off the paper cassette front so I could see in and it looks like the primary feed roller is not dropping down to even try and feed the paper and it does not rotate. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance

Have you checked the connector at J115 on the DC Controller PCA? that's where the pick up assembly gets plugged in.

Pickup assembly. Just did one of these a couple of weeks ago. In my case, it turned out a piece of plastic that held a spring in place inside the assembly broke.
