    Designjet 800 error 3d:05

The customer said they were trying to print and it "wouldn't work". I couldn't get much more from him. He couldn't say if there was an error code or not, or what the computer was telling him. I looked at the config page, and the last error was 3d:05, which I can't find anywhere. Under the code, it says "wsClient.c , 1142"

    Anyone ever heard of that?

I have a feeling there was some sort of connectivity issue. Possibly something to do with using a USB3 port vs USB2? I've had a customer who couldn't use their USB3 port to print unless they used a USB hub, which, I think, turned it into USB2.

No idea on that one, sorry. I haven't heard of problems printing from a USB3 port but it wouldn't surprise me. Never saw that error code before!

Nothing on the HP Channel Services Network either specific to that error. Never seen it before either. Like you said, probably something to do with connectivity in some way.
