1320 cartridge wont fit on right side

I'm an experienced tech, but not on HP. Still should be simple. The new 49 toner cartridge will not lock in place on the right side only.
I see absolutely nothing preventing this. I did see a youtube video but it had no solution, just showing cartridge not fitting on right side.
Is there something I'm missing here ? It is the correct cartridge. 49.
Left side slips in fine. Somethig is stopping the right side. ????

If it ain't broke, don't fix it

If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself

Is the door linkage good? I've seen some where the arm is still connected to the top door but due to a crack or small piece of plastic in the way the coupling won't fully retract out of the way. It was hard to spot since it was connected to the door, it did move some, but just not completely. Leave the cartridge out and watch that white plastic drive coupling as you open/close the door, it should retract flush with the frame around it.
