This noise is a type of screeching or howling. It is coming from the right side of the machine (I am trying to upload a .AVI Video of this noise but upload keeps failing) The customer says that when they use the optional tray 3 the noise will not occur. They run alot of card stock through the bypass and when they do it the noise will occur louder and louder. We tried to duplicate the problem while I was there with no success. I suspect this happens after long print runs. I am thinking that it may be, sep roller tire screech, and wondering if this is common on this machine. On my first visit I thought it may be the reman toner cartridges and they changed them and the noise is still occurring... Any help will be very appreciated as they are ready to throw this machine out the window...
