I think your thinking of the paper pickup assembly. He's interested in the duplex feed assembly inside the right door.
Also, just as an aside. $29??? Can't believe they're genuine. MY cost being an Authorized Service Provider is $60 for that kit.

I think he's trying to get the two rubber rollers on the shaft and the two idler rollers. Haven't seen rollers like that separate before.

This is corrct Lance, these rollers dont seem to be listed anywhere but they are changeabe as i have swapped from one assembly to another to make sure this was my issue.

You are right. Should not have done the speed reading. My brain went straight to "You can get separate rollers for paper feed" and jumped right past "duplex assembly". Then just did a quick google search and that's what popped up, probably not genuine.
