HP E60165 Black Screen, Intermittent issue

An HP e60165 managed series printer keeps getting an Intermittent issue. The control panel display will be black despite the printer being powered on. The power light will be solid white. Despite this, the printer will provide no response when the screen or home is touched. Printer will not ping or print. Due to it being intermittent it is very hard to replicate. Printer works fine after reboot. Eventually it does it again at some point later on.

My coworker that retired had dealt with the issue for months. He tried replacing reseating everything on the formatter, replacing the formatter, replacing the control panel display, checked the wires and cables, etc. The issue continues to return. I replaced the screen one more time and upgraded the firmware to the very latest version. Thought it was good to go after testing everything. Issue has returned again.

I'm out of ideas at the moment. I checked the wall outlet and power cord with a multimeter. Everything looked normal there. Is there some memory or power supply issue here?

Someone in another team in my company says that turning off P.O.E. resolved this issue gor them, so I've reached out to IT to see if that is on

Update, Power of Ethernet being turned off did not fix the issue. I spoke with HP and they suspect a firmware problem is happening. The instructed me to replace the eMMC, so I'm ordering that.

The next step after that is the Memory PCA.

My thought is the eMMC or the PCA as well since a new formatter didn't fix the issue. I've seen this on the non managed printers.
