A customer just called with this machine. Says it will just turn off and they have to power it of and on to get it to work. Does this every couple of days. Anyone seen this. I would like to have some idea before I head out there.
Had the customer try a different surge protector as we had severe storms that week. Told him to call if it still shut off again. Have not heard from him, so it looked liked a faulty surge protector.
