HP CP1215 how to remove pick up solenoid

Take your time, look at every screw you think should come out and take plenty of pictures.

Have a client very keen to keep his CP1215 going. The pick up roller doesnt seem to move, so thinking could be a sticky solenoid. But the manual does not cover removing or replacing the pick up solenoid. I have not tried cleaning sensors on the transfer belt or fuser exit sensors, as i have heard that this can also be an issue but more so as a ghost jam. So any suggestion will be warmly recieved.
