Hp laserjet mfp 500 m525

I bought this old hp laserjet mfp m525 with no hard drive on it,I have put a new hard drive to load firmware,but have a problem doing so because it's asking for administrative password. When I enter the service mode to enter administrator it requires password. Please how can I go through this,need your help

The service pin won't over ride an administrative password, are you able to attempt a partial clean or access any of the other selections in the preboot menu? If not you'll either need to obtain the admin password or replace the formatter.
