ok as many know the Hard Drives Toshibas or Seagates I cant remember are not very good in most the HP Managed Series E626 E526 etc..
We have had in the past replaced with different HDD's that are cheaper and better quality than the HP (oem drives)
We even had a few companies we do 3rd party work for send us Samsung Evo SSD drives which have been amazing.
My question is, We have been going back to replace with the same samsung Evo SSD drives however we get the following errors
49 errors 98 errors and partition errors
when trying to load these drives, they just won't work when we try our own, we have tried format, lock unlock, encryption etc.. and we always get some kind of boot error.
Does anyone have a *known good* procedure for loading *non oem* Hard drives into these machines.
Thank You for the help!
