Re: 13.d3.A2 on M506DN
Do a sensor check and look at the paper width sensor. Been down this road with a machine. PW sensor was intermittent - eventually went solid - and not seeing that the paper was wide enough to duplex. Weird issue that flummoxed three different techs in our shop. Only found it because calls were slow enough for me to bench it and do a deep dive.
What sensor should I check?Leave a comment:

Here's a thread on something similar. I don't think DC Controller, This tech thought it was the refeed clutch.
If it feeds good single sided then stay away from that and look at what is being used only in duplex. Print one duplex job at a time until it jams
Good luckLeave a comment:

Hi,
No i've got this issue only in duplex not in single side.

13.d3.A2 on M506DN
Hi,
I have a 13.d3.a2 error on a M506DN.
it print correctly 3,4 or 5 pages, then i've got an jam only if a print with tray 2.
I've got one paper under the cartridge and on paper in output tray.
I changed tray 2, pickup roller, fuser, registration and even rear door.
Need I change the DC controller ?
Thx
