I think the toner cartridge contacts might be bent. I've never seen the printer just ship toners to them in another part of the state 100 miles away. They've had troubles with toners in the past and keep getting the message "Install toner". The person I talk with at this business has told me if she bends the little metal tab on bottom of cartridge downward it works most of the time to get rid of the "install toner" message. If you've bent the contacts yourself can you describe it to me in simple fashion so I can pass it on to them if it's something I can do over the phone. Thanks
