Hi guys, as mentioned the printer does not respond to any command immediately after normal startup, I can reset or enter any command with the touch but after a few seconds the display freezes and does not respond to any command, the test prints calibration after reset is performed correctly. The printerhead carriage moves normally when the front door is opened. I tried to make a copy just after starting but the scanner and the sheet under the head also freezes. I can only turn it off by removing the cable. The firmware appears to be the latest , original ink cartridges.
