[CQ] Bleeding colours when copying or scanning on HP E786

    Hi all,

I have a HP Colour LaserJet E786 that produces a colour shadowing/bleeding when copying or scanning from the ADF. I have seen two other devices doing the same on site, but not all of them have the same issue. No issues with printing and all toners are originals. Software version are at the same level as the other 15 devices, but only a few printers are showing this problem.

HP recommended calibrating the device, which it has been done a couple times, but didn't improve. I will be going back to HP, but just wondering if anyone has seen this before?

    Thanks

That's an issue for Copytechnet to deal with.
          Thanks for your help.
