    Thanks again.The belt is torn,so need to replace with new one.when i replace ,should i reset the belt counter and do adjustment?

    Thanks for your reply.Actualy im copier tech,im not familiar with hpclj5500 machine, my friend wanted me to help him to fix the ITB unit because the machine is out of warranty,he already order the unit to be replace.Any advice on how to fix the unit?Thanks.
