    Designjet Z3200 blank display screen

    Hi,
Don't know if it has a dead display panel or if someone messed with the front display panel contrast. The Z3200 has a blank front display panel screen. It powers up, but the display is blank. There is a front display panel contrast setting in the set up menu and it is normally at 50 as a default setting. Does anyone know if you can change the contrast setting enough so that you cannot see it? And if so , how do you change it back if you can't see it? I guess you could have someone walk you thru the screens till you enter the contrast change mode. The customer says the workstation sees it online and it can print. Now they have to load a new roll of paper but can't see the menu screen as it talks them thru the load process.
    Thanks

Customers, .......... Ok talked alittle further, turns out they had a paper jam, kinda forgot to mention that in their original call and somehow the display ribbon cable got caught and unplugged.
