HP DesignJet 90R

Have a Printer that will not Print or Pass Paper. There is a Yellow Caution Light that is On and the system stalls at this point.

I am wondering if it is just the Print Heads that need replacing - they were cleaned along with the contacts.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
