Yes, I second that, have you cleaned and checked duplex path? However, if you are running it landscape then what you are showing in the page is not the lead edge? Also, it is hard to make out if its just a dirty edge or a line across the top of page. If it is a line across the page it almost appears to be a timing/late start issue. Can you jam it and see when and where line appears before transfer roller on second side or before fuser?

Printer + Fax + Copier = Jack Of Many Trades,
          but Master Of None
Color Copier = Not A Color Printer
InkJet MFP = Not A Fax Machine
          B/W Copier = Not A Press
Finisher = Deal Closer (salesman, not accessory)
Copier Tech = Admin's Stress Ball (Scapegoat)

Perform a registration adjustment for reverse side. Instructions for how to do this are in the service manual.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

I have installed a maintenance kit and have clean all parts of the machine and done the duplex registration adjustment and the toner is a new oem cartridge. I have checked the toner cartridge after a duplex job has been ran and there is a 1/4 inch black band on the drum on both the rear and front sides of the drum and it only appears on duplex. single prints are ok

We have a 9050 MFP doing the same. Talked to another tech today and said it's the trxfer roller. He said he's seen it before and replaced it again to fix it. He said it happens a lot with aftermarket parts.
