Did you try a different outlet?

Remove the Hard Drive (if you have one installed), network card (if it's not embedded in the board), and any other optional equipment (sorter stacker, additional feeder trays, etc...). Power it up and see if it is good. If it is, power the machine off and add one of the options you removed. Then, power it up again. Repeat with each optional component. When you start having problems again, remove the last part installed as that will be the defective part.

Do you hear any fans running? I am guessing it wont print an engine test?

Usually if there are no fans and it's completely dead, it's the LVPS. But you said you've changed that. There are 2 power supplies in this machine, BTW. The reason I mentioned the other opt. equipmnt. is sometimes a short in one of them can cause power issues.

I believe if the formatter is not in the machine, it will be dead, so the only way to find out is take one from another machine for testing. That's what I did to find out.... the boards in these things suck.

Have you tried with the fuser out of the machine?.. maybe something in the fuser shorting out the PS... It's now a guessing game since you have replaced everything I can think of....I would try taking out the fuser and cart and see what happens..see if you can at least get fans. This is a very weird problem because usually one of those boards should do it.

Yes Uccin, that was one of that all thing i did. Actually i call Hp support center and i give them all the information and test that i had.
They were thinking its time to get all the 3 componets change at same time, soo now we will se and im sure it will fix this weird problem...but i can hear anothers views.

                        Let me knwo team.....Thanks
