    hi friends

    i had hp 2420 printer its have white copy, i try to replace the cartridge also, but its not solved any one knows kindly reply me

          I am assuming you mean it is Blank. No Toner is getting on the page.

          You didnt pull the cartridge seal

          The transfer roller might be defective or installed incorrectly. Verify that the transfer roller
          is installed correctly. If the transfer roller is damaged, replace it.

          Toner cartridge contacts are not contacting the HVTT

          The power supply might be defective. Replace the power supply (see Power supply.
