[Error Code] 10.10.00 Supply memory error

Hi, can anyone help.
I have a Hp 4015N and get the error code 10.10.00 on power up.
I know this relates to print cartridge memory, so have swapped cartridge (genuine) with known good one.
Suspect DC controller. Anyone fixed fault with new DC controller.?

Possibly the contacts. Check the uppercavity and the 2 wire contacts on the lower left by the transfer roller

Many thanks for the reply.
Have changed the contact assembly with a spare one.
Success, problem cured.
